Step it up!!

Sorry for being MIA the last few months. Blogging is still new for me and I'm trying to get a handle on it. I have tons of projects made but it's the work of taking photos and adding the text and uploading that troubles me. If you know me then you know technology and I don't get along. But I'm trying so hang in there with me. 

So to start off I'm showing you something special I've been working on. People often tell me how wonderful my cards are. And ask how do you make it so "wow"? I'll admit that it doesn't always come easily. But with practice anyone can make "wow" cards. 

Start off with a basic design. Simple stamped images with mixed pieces. 

 

Next you can add another pop of colour and some embellishment. 

 

Finally add a background piece to the butterfly and some metallic thread and a strip of sequins. Heat emboss the sentiment to finish the card!! Voila!! You now have a Wow card!!!
